Siree Raag, Third Mehl: O Dear Lord, You are the Truest of the True. All things are in Your Power. The 8.4 million species of beings wander around searching for You, but without the Guru, they do not find You. When the Dear Lord grants His Forgiveness, this human body finds lasting peace. By Guru's Grace, I serve the True One, who is Immeasurably Deep and Profound. ||1|| O my mind, attuned to the Naam, you shall find peace. Follow the Guru's Teachings, and praise the Naam; there is no other at all. ||1|| Pause || The Righteous Judge of Dharma, by the Hukam of God's Command, sits and administers True Justice. Those evil souls, ensnared by the love of duality, are subject to Your Command.  Tilang, Fifth Mehl, Third House:

O Creator, through Your creative potency, I am in love with You. You alone are my spiritual and temporal Lord; and yet, You are detached from all Your creation. || In an instant, You establish and disestablish. Wondrous is Your form! Who can know Your play? You are the Light in the darkness. ||1||

You are the Master of Your creation, the Lord of all the world, O Merciful Lord God. One who worships You day and night - why should he have to go to hell? ||2||

Azraa-eel, the Messenger of Death, is the friend of the human being who has Your support, Lord. His sins are all forgiven; Your humble servant gazes upon Your Vision. ||3||

All worldly considerations are for the present only. True peace comes only from Your Name. Meeting the Guru, Nanak understands; He sings only Your Praises forever, O Lord. ||4||4||

तिलंग महला ५ घरु ३ ॥

हे जग के रचयिता ! तेरी कुदरत को देखकर मैं तेरा मुश्ताक (प्रेमी) बन गया हूँ। एक तू ही दीनदुनिया (लोक-परलोक) का मालिक है और तू ही सारे विश्व से पवित्र पावन है॥ तू क्षण में ही बनाने-बिगाड़ने वाला है और तेरे रूप बड़े अद्भुत हैं। तेरी लीला को कौन जान सकता है ? तू ही अज्ञानता के अन्धेरे में ज्ञान रूपी प्रकाश करने वाला दीपक है॥ १॥

हे मेरे खुदा ! तु खुद ही इस दुनिया का मालिक है और सारे जहान का मेहरबान अल्लाह है। जो लोग दिन-रात तुझे याद करते रहते हैं, वह क्यों नरक में जाएँगे॥ २॥

हे अल्लाह ! जिसे तेरा आसरा है, मृत्यु का फरिश्ता इजराईल भी उस इन्सान का यार बन जाता है। उसके सारे गुनाह माफ हो जाते हैं, अतः तेरे भक्तजन तेरा ही दीदार करते हैं।॥ ३॥

दुनिया की सब चीजें थोड़े समय के लिए ही हैं और एक तेरा नाम सच्चा सुख देने वाला है। हे नानक ! गुरु को मिलकर मैंने सत्य को समझ लिया है और अब मैं एक परमात्मा के ही गुण गाता रहता हूँ॥ ४॥ ४॥
